Screening criteria

These are the criteria we apply, and they are the same text our pre-qualification step evaluates against — there is no second, unpublished list. They are applied identically to every applicant for a given home.

We are an Equal Housing Opportunity provider. We do not consider race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, or disability. We do not ask about children, marital status, immigration status, language, age, or medical history, and we run no blanket criminal-history screen. Income counts the same from wages, self-employment, benefits, child support, housing assistance, retirement, or any other lawful source.

Pets. Assistance animals are not pets and are never subject to pet fees or deposits. No cats allowed. Dogs under 40 lbs. are allowed. Tenants are subject to Owasso city ordinance and laws requiring registration. Pets are subject to pet rent at $25 per month per pet up to a maximum of 2 pets.

The showing hold

Booking a showing places a temporary card authorization, not a charge. It is released when you arrive, released automatically if you cancel at least 2 hours ahead, and it expires on its own within 7 days. The only case in which it is charged is a no-show that was never cancelled, and in that case we do charge it — the same way for everyone, which is the point of stating it here. On a card statement it appears as “ROLL AGILITY LLC”, our payment processing company.

The amount is a property-level setting. There is no way for us to charge one applicant a different amount than another, by design.
